An other strong variety is  “Red Emerald”. This is the red variety of  the Philodendron erubescens (sometimes called Philodendron peperomia) and is a climbing, tropical plant. The plant is characterised by thin, wine-red colored stalks and green, glossy leaves. This plant belong to the family of Araceae. Philodendrons are strong plants. However, they cannot withstand cold environments and direct sunlight.Care
Semi-shade, cannot withstand strong sunlight.
Ideal temperature 18 to 22 degrees Celsius, no temperature below 15 degrees Celsius.
Avoid draughts.
Keep the soil moist but do not allow the soil to dry out, give water once a week.
Sprinkle the plant with water regularly.
